Important Legal notice



1.1 We cannot guarantee that all of our products will be available at all times due to the nature of fresh flowers being a perishable product and the giftware (i.e.photoframes) that we carry are manufactured by another company, so that supply depends on availability of their product. 



1.1 We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery or dispatch on any of our products, delivery of your product will be made locally between 8.30 am and 5.30pm and items selected for national delivery will be delivered during the set hours of the courier company, usually 8am - 8pm. 

1.2 Where an item is no longer available, we will endevour to contact you to discuss a suitable replacement, lead time for product being back in stock, or refund as preferred by the customer. 

1.3 We do not offer a Sunday delivery service. 

1.4 Orders placed before 12pm (noon) can expect same day delivery when requested on the order form. 


Fresh Flowers

1.1 Should you encounter a problem with any of our fresh flower gifts, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the gift to register your complain. This is accepted via telephone (01803 411963) email to [email protected] or in store at 25 Torquay Road, Paignton, TQ3 3DT. 

1.2. In most cases we will exchange your fresh flower gift with a replacement, on return of the unwanted gift. Exceptions being that when the item has not been cared for by the customer and there is evidence of this, i.e. not placed into water (where applicable) or instructions provided with the gift have not been followed. 

1.3 In the event where a particular flower variety is unavailable (sometimes due to seasonal availability), we will replace with a suitable alternative to retain the general style and design of the fresh flower gift.

1.4 We retain the right to photograph any gifts made and designed for your order, and offer these products for sale within our premises and website. 



1.1 Should an item be delivered damaged or broken, please send a photograph of the item to [email protected] with your order reference number and a short message explaining if you would prefer a refund or replacement.
