Including but not limited to; telephone calls, email communication, communication by post and via our website.

We only collect, process or store your information for the purpose of completing your order and to provide updates directly to you on our business. We will only share your information with a third party when we are required to in order to fulfil part of your order or are obliged to legally.

  • We will pass on your information to third parties in order to complete your order and arrange delivery, such as in the case of orders placed for National or International flower delivery.
  • We do not pass on your information to third parties in order to keep you updated on the process of your order via SMS, email and telephone, this process is undertaken ‘in house’.
  • We will only pass on your information to third parties to get in touch to make sure you are happy with the service we have provided to you.
  • We may pass your information onto third parties for fraud prevention.

This helps us improve our customer service in relation to your order and also enables us to resolve any problems and answer question relating to your order.
